RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at madeyouclickay@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label with instructions
  4. Pack your item securely and ship it back using our provided label

Important: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return - unrequested returns will not be accepted.

International Returns

Please note that if you're located outside Australia, return shipping may take longer than expected. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at madeyouclickay@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or clearance products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
